Piston and pouch systems for oxidation-sensitive actives
Airless bottles from 15ml to 100ml in piston and inner-pouch constructions, protecting retinol, vitamin C, peptides and preservative-light formulas from air contact. Product evacuation typically lands in the 90–95% range depending on viscosity and system design.

Key specifications
No dip tube, so formulas are not exposed to headspace air on every stroke
Dose accuracy usually 0.15ml–0.5ml per actuation
Refillable inner-cartridge versions available for refill programmes

Minimum quantity
Airless systems carry higher minimums than simple bottles because of the pump assembly.

Specific answers for this category, plus the questions we are asked on every project.
It is when the formula is genuinely air-sensitive, preservative-light or expensive per millilitre. For a stable cleanser or body lotion the extra component cost usually buys nothing the consumer notices.
Most piston systems fill from the top before the pump is inserted; pouch systems may need specific tooling. Send your filling line details and we will confirm compatibility before sampling.
It depends on the specification. Stock containers with labelling start low; custom colour, decoration and moulds raise the minimum. For custom paper boxes the standard minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces per design, and selected paper box projects may start from a few hundred pieces subject to evaluation of the structure, material, printing method and finishing. Send the item and target quantity and we will quote the real minimum for that exact configuration rather than a generic figure.
Yes — standard samples, decoration samples and pre-production samples. Standard samples are usually available quickly; customised samples are quoted with the project because they require set-up.
Yes, through masterbatch resin colour, spray coating on glass or plastic, or printed colour on cartons. Coating gives full Pantone freedom at a lower minimum; masterbatch is more durable but needs a larger volume.
