Secondary packaging is where the brand is expressed and where most fit problems appear. Every carton we produce is dimensioned from the actual container we are supplying — measured with the pump fitted or the dropper collar attached — and mocked up physically before print approval.
Fit before print
Die-line from measured dimensions, then a white mock-up with your container inside. Print plates come after fit is confirmed.

Foil, emboss, deboss, spot UV and soft-touch — specified with abrasion and transit performance in mind, not only the flat proof.

From dimensions to production
Every paper box project follows the same four steps. Quantities and timing are confirmed against your specification before anything is printed.
- 01 — Share Your Requirements
Customers provide container dimensions, box style, quantity, material preferences and artwork.
- 02 — Dieline Development
Develop the packaging structure and dieline according to the actual product dimensions.
- 03 — Prototype & Approval
Complete sampling within 10 working days after final artwork files are confirmed.
- 04 — Mass Production
Standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces per design. Selected projects may qualify for smaller quantities subject to evaluation.

Flexible low-volume orders
For selected box styles and projects, smaller quantities starting from a few hundred pieces may also be possible, depending on box structure, material, printing method and finishing requirements. Please contact our team for a customized quotation.
Sampling lead time
Samples can be completed within 10 working days after the final artwork files are confirmed. Shipping time is additional.
Mass production
Mass production timing is confirmed separately according to the order specifications and approval process.

Most skincare folding cartons use 300–400gsm folding boxboard. Small serum cartons run at the lower end; wide jar cartons and anything with a large unsupported panel go heavier to resist denting.
Digital printing removes plate costs, which is what makes shorter runs practical. The standard minimum order quantity for custom paper boxes is 5,000 pieces per design; for selected box styles and projects, smaller quantities starting from a few hundred pieces may also be possible depending on box structure, material, printing method and finishing, and are confirmed case by case. Offset becomes more economical once volumes rise and spot colours or metallic inks are involved.
It depends on the specification. Stock containers with labelling start low; custom colour, decoration and moulds raise the minimum. For custom paper boxes the standard minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces per design, and selected paper box projects may start from a few hundred pieces subject to evaluation of the structure, material, printing method and finishing. Send the item and target quantity and we will quote the real minimum for that exact configuration rather than a generic figure.
Yes — standard samples, decoration samples and pre-production samples. Standard samples are usually available quickly; customised samples are quoted with the project because they require set-up.
Yes, through masterbatch resin colour, spray coating on glass or plastic, or printed colour on cartons. Coating gives full Pantone freedom at a lower minimum; masterbatch is more durable but needs a larger volume.
Yes — silk screen printing, UV printing, hot stamping, embossing and labelling. We will advise which method suits your artwork, substrate and quantity, including minimum legible sizes.
