  2. Days 2–5Specification and quotation, usually with two or three routes at different cost and lead-time positions.
  3. Week 2Samples arranged where useful, including decoration samples if colour or finish is critical.
  4. ThenArtwork, die-lines and proofs, followed by production scheduling once approvals are complete.
