Production
Cosmetic Packaging Production from Raw Materials to Shipment
The workflow below applies across glass, plastic and paperboard, with the process detail changing by material. Each stage has a defined check, and the results follow the order through to the pre-shipment report.

Workflow
Nine production stages
- 01
Raw Materials
Glass batch materials, resins and board received against specification, with supplier documentation retained per lot.
- 02
Forming
Glass forming, injection and blow moulding, and board converting — each with process parameters recorded for the run.
- 03
Inspection
First-article and in-process dimensional checks against the approved drawing before the run continues.
- 04
Surface Treatment
Frosting, coating and pre-treatment for printing, with adhesion checks on production samples.
- 05
Printing & Decoration
Screen, UV, hot stamping and embossing applied in a defined sequence against the retained standard.
- 06
Assembly
Pipettes, pumps, liners, discs and applicators fitted, with torque and function checked at set intervals.
- 07
Quality Control
Final inspection to an agreed sampling plan covering appearance, dimension, colour, decoration and function.
- 08
Packing
Unit boxing, inner cartons and export cartons, palletised and labelled to your specification.
- 09
Shipping
Consolidated dispatch by sea, air or courier with export documentation prepared in advance.

Supply model, stated plainly
Brands deserve to know who makes what. We classify every item in a quotation into one of three supply models, and we do not blur the line between them.
- Manufactured in-house
- Produced on our own or dedicated tooling, under our direct process control.
- Long-term partner factory
- Produced by our long-term partner factory, to our specification.
- Sourced & QC managed
- Bought-in components selected, tested and inspected by us before assembly or shipment.
Packing and logistics
Inner packing is specified for the transport mode, not just for the warehouse. Glass on long ocean routes gets different protection from plastic moving by courier, and both are drop-tested in the packed configuration rather than as loose components.
- Unit boxing, inner cartons and export cartons to your specification
- Pallet configuration planned for container efficiency
- Carton marking, batch coding and packing list prepared with the shipment
- Incoterms: EXW · FOB · CIF · DDP (on request)
