Privacy policy

What happens to the information you send us when you request a quotation, order a sample or attach artwork. Written in plain terms — this page describes the systems the site actually runs on.

01What this policy covers

This policy explains what information DREMTIA collects through dremtia.com, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to every page that carries a quotation, sample or contact form, and to email correspondence that follows from those forms.

02Information you submit

When you request a quotation, a sample or send a message, we ask for the details we need to answer commercially. We only ask for what is required to quote or reply — nothing is collected silently.

  • Your name, company name and business email address.
  • The country or destination market for the shipment.
  • The product, material, capacity, quantity and customisation you are evaluating.
  • Any message or project note you write.
  • Artwork, reference images or technical drawings you attach.

03How file uploads are handled

Files you attach to a form are uploaded to private object storage operated by our hosting provider. They are not published on the website and are not served from a public URL. Access is limited to the people handling your enquiry, and the file is associated with your submission so it can be found when the enquiry is answered.

Accepted formats are PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG and STEP, up to 20 MB per file. Uploads are rejected when the format is not on that list, when the size limit is exceeded, or when the file content does not match the declared format. Do not send files you are not entitled to share.

04Why we use it

Your details are used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or sample plan, and continue the commercial conversation you started. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a general marketing list because you submitted a form.

If you become a customer, order, shipping and compliance information is retained as part of the business record for as long as the applicable commercial and tax rules require.

05Who else is involved

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and answer enquiries. Each of them only receives the data needed for the task they perform:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and the server endpoint that receives form submissions and stores uploaded files.
  • An email delivery provider — sends the internal notification to our sales team and the confirmation email to you.
  • Google Analytics 4 — only when a measurement ID is configured for the site; it records aggregated visit and page-view statistics.

06Cookies

The website itself does not set cookies to run. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets first-party measurement cookies to distinguish visits. These are statistical, not advertising cookies, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking tags on this site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website continues to work, and quotation forms continue to function, without them.

07Where your data is stored

Enquiry records and uploaded files are stored on servers operated by our hosting provider, outside the country you submit from. The sales team that reads your enquiry is based in Guangzhou, China. By submitting a form you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in these locations.

08How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so that a later follow-up message can be answered with the original context, then deleted. Enquiries that become orders, and the files attached to them, are retained for the period required by commercial and tax record-keeping rules.

09Security

Submissions are sent over HTTPS. The form endpoint applies rate limiting, a spam challenge and origin checks before an enquiry is accepted. No system is completely secure, so please do not send confidential technical drawings before a commercial relationship and, where needed, a confidentiality agreement are in place.

10Your choices

You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and describe the enquiry — the email address or company you used is usually enough to find it.

Depending on where you are located, you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11Changes to this policy

When the way we handle enquiry information changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are reflected here before the new practice starts.
