Jar format, protected dispensing
Airless jars keep the wide-mouth ritual of a cream jar while removing finger contact and air exposure. Formats run 15ml to 50ml with a piston base that rises as product is used, dispensing through a top button or a twist-up mechanism.

Hygienic dispensing without a spatula
Suited to rich creams that a standard airless pump struggles to lift
Piston fit tested against your viscosity before production release

Specific answers for this category, plus the questions we are asked on every project.
Up to a point. Above roughly 100,000 cps the piston can stall or channel. We test your formula in the actual system and will recommend a jar with a spatula instead if the balm is too stiff.
Typically 5–10% depending on viscosity and piston fit. We measure evacuation on the sample so your fill quantity and claim language are based on real data.
It depends on the specification. Stock containers with labelling start low; custom colour, decoration and moulds raise the minimum. For custom paper boxes the standard minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces per design, and selected paper box projects may start from a few hundred pieces subject to evaluation of the structure, material, printing method and finishing. Send the item and target quantity and we will quote the real minimum for that exact configuration rather than a generic figure.
Yes — standard samples, decoration samples and pre-production samples. Standard samples are usually available quickly; customised samples are quoted with the project because they require set-up.
Yes, through masterbatch resin colour, spray coating on glass or plastic, or printed colour on cartons. Coating gives full Pantone freedom at a lower minimum; masterbatch is more durable but needs a larger volume.
