Glass Roll-On Bottles
Glass · Plastic · Paper — one packaging partner for beauty brands
Targeted application for eye, lip and pulse-point products
5ml–15ml roll-on bottles with stainless steel, gemstone or plastic ball housings. Ball diameter and housing tolerance decide glide and leak resistance, so both are matched to the formula's viscosity before we release samples.

Key specifications
Steel balls for a cooling effect on eye and de-puffing products
Housing fit tested against thin oils to control leakage
Cap options in PP, aluminium-shell and bamboo-effect

Specific answers for this category, plus the questions we are asked on every project.
Leakage almost always comes from housing tolerance and a low-viscosity formula, not the glass. We run tilt and transit tests with your fill level and can move to a tighter housing or a smaller ball if needed.
Stainless steel gives smooth glide and a cooling feel; gemstone reads more premium but needs a wider tolerance check. We sample both with your formula.
It depends on the specification. Stock containers with labelling start low; custom colour, decoration and moulds raise the minimum. For custom paper boxes the standard minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces per design, and selected paper box projects may start from a few hundred pieces subject to evaluation of the structure, material, printing method and finishing. Send the item and target quantity and we will quote the real minimum for that exact configuration rather than a generic figure.
Yes — standard samples, decoration samples and pre-production samples. Standard samples are usually available quickly; customised samples are quoted with the project because they require set-up.
Yes, through masterbatch resin colour, spray coating on glass or plastic, or printed colour on cartons. Coating gives full Pantone freedom at a lower minimum; masterbatch is more durable but needs a larger volume.
