Packaging solution
Oil formulas are chemically simple but hard on components. Essential oil fractions attack rubber, plasticised parts and some inks, so compatibility testing is worth more than any design decision on this category.

Short answer
Facial oils are packed in 15ml–50ml glass dropper bottles, usually amber or frosted for light protection. Bulb material is the decision that matters most: butyl or high-grade silicone resists oil swelling, while standard NBR bulbs can deform and lose suction.
Four variables account for most of the specification. Get these right and the rest is design.
Common formats
We soak-test candidate bulbs with your oil blend for two weeks before recommending a production spec.
Amber or violet glass slows oxidation of unsaturated oils; a secondary carton adds further protection during storage.
Oil residue on the bottle exterior can lift poorly specified labels or degrade screen inks. Solvent-resistant inks and laminated label stocks solve it.
Orifice reducers give consistent drop count on thinner blends and reduce spillage in use.

Butyl or a high-grade silicone bulb. Standard NBR bulbs can swell in contact with essential-oil-rich blends, which causes weak suction and, eventually, leaking.
It helps with unsaturated plant oils that oxidise under light. If you prefer clear or frosted glass for design reasons, a secondary carton and a tight cap liner offset part of the risk.
It depends on the specification. Stock containers with labelling start low; custom colour, decoration and moulds raise the minimum. For custom paper boxes the standard minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces per design, and selected paper box projects may start from a few hundred pieces subject to evaluation of the structure, material, printing method and finishing. Send the item and target quantity and we will quote the real minimum for that exact configuration rather than a generic figure.
Yes — standard samples, decoration samples and pre-production samples. Standard samples are usually available quickly; customised samples are quoted with the project because they require set-up.
Yes, through masterbatch resin colour, spray coating on glass or plastic, or printed colour on cartons. Coating gives full Pantone freedom at a lower minimum; masterbatch is more durable but needs a larger volume.
