Packaging solution
Toner packaging is a usage question. A mist encourages direct application; a reducer cap suits cotton-pad routines; a press-down dispenser controls dose for viscous essences.

Short answer
Toners are packed in 100ml–200ml bottles in PET or glass, with a fine-mist sprayer, an orifice reducer cap for cotton-pad use, or a press-down dispenser. The dispensing choice should follow how the product is meant to be applied.
Four variables account for most of the specification. Get these right and the rest is design.
Common formats
Mist, reducer or press-dispenser — decide from the intended ritual before selecting the bottle.
At 200ml, freight weight makes glass a meaningful cost line for DTC. PET is often the rational choice.
Alcohol-containing toners need compatible gaskets and, in PET, verification against stress cracking.
Fine-mist pumps vary widely in droplet size — sampling the spray pattern is worth the extra week.

PET in most cases. At 200ml, glass adds significant weight and breakage risk in parcel networks, while high-clarity PET delivers a similar visual with far better shipping economics.
A reducer or flow-control cap that limits pour rate. Without one, users over-dispense on a pad and the product finishes faster than intended.
It depends on the specification. Stock containers with labelling start low; custom colour, decoration and moulds raise the minimum. For custom paper boxes the standard minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces per design, and selected paper box projects may start from a few hundred pieces subject to evaluation of the structure, material, printing method and finishing. Send the item and target quantity and we will quote the real minimum for that exact configuration rather than a generic figure.
Yes — standard samples, decoration samples and pre-production samples. Standard samples are usually available quickly; customised samples are quoted with the project because they require set-up.
Yes, through masterbatch resin colour, spray coating on glass or plastic, or printed colour on cartons. Coating gives full Pantone freedom at a lower minimum; masterbatch is more durable but needs a larger volume.
