Packaging solution
Cleansers are used with wet hands, in humid environments, and are consumed faster than any other step in a routine. Packaging that photographs well but slips in the shower creates returns, so grip, closure security and label durability lead the specification.

Short answer
Cleansers are usually packed in 100ml–200ml pump or squeeze bottles. Gels and foams suit PET or HDPE with a lotion or foaming pump; cleansing balms and creams go into PP jars or tubes. Grip when wet and resistance to bathroom humidity are the deciding factors.
Four variables account for most of the specification. Get these right and the rest is design.
Common formats
Matte and soft-touch surfaces, or a subtle waist in the bottle profile, dramatically improve handling with wet hands.
Bathroom humidity lifts poorly specified labels. We recommend BOPP or laminated stocks with a suitable adhesive over uncoated paper.
Foaming pumps require a specific formula viscosity and surfactant profile. We test the pump with your formula before quoting production.
Surfactant systems and essential oils are demanding; HDPE and PP outperform PET here on long-term stability.

A foaming pump on a PET or HDPE bottle, with the formula tuned to the pump's viscosity window. Foaming pumps have narrow tolerance, so testing with the actual formula before production is essential.
Rarely for shower use — wet hands and hard surfaces make breakage likely. Glass works for sink-side cleansing oils and balms where the ritual is part of the positioning.
It depends on the specification. Stock containers with labelling start low; custom colour, decoration and moulds raise the minimum. For custom paper boxes the standard minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces per design, and selected paper box projects may start from a few hundred pieces subject to evaluation of the structure, material, printing method and finishing. Send the item and target quantity and we will quote the real minimum for that exact configuration rather than a generic figure.
Yes — standard samples, decoration samples and pre-production samples. Standard samples are usually available quickly; customised samples are quoted with the project because they require set-up.
Yes, through masterbatch resin colour, spray coating on glass or plastic, or printed colour on cartons. Coating gives full Pantone freedom at a lower minimum; masterbatch is more durable but needs a larger volume.
